Retrofit your existing tank with a Narrow Containment Tray and leak detection alarm.

This tray and alarm system is designed to capture leaks from tank corrosion failure, overfilling, filter and connection leaks.

Application:  Place under standard 200 & 250 IMP Gallon (909 & 1136 litres) Canadian steel tanks. 
                        Place under standard 275 & 330 US Gallon (UL80) steel tanks.

Installing a retrofit narrow tray is easy. The tank does not require lifting. Simply slide the tray under the tank. Extend the tray under the filter. The tray may require some minor bending which will allows it to be go under the filter. Note:  Your tank must have four pipe legs as shown in the picture for this tray to work. If the tank is equiped with a craddle support, this tray will not work. You will need to upgrade to a Wide Containment Tray for this type of tank.

This tray and alarm system is designed to capture leaks from tank failure, overfilling, filter and connection leaks. This tray is typically installed under the tank during a new or tank replacement installation. The tank must be lifted into the tray.

Installing a wide tray is easy. The tray is placed on the floor where the tank shall be installed. The area where the tank legs will rest requires a protective plate and neoprene gasket. The tank is simply lifted and placed on the leg protectors. After the tank is in the tray, move the tank and tray together to final install position.

This tray and alarm system is designed to capture oil leaks from filter, burner, and oil line connection leakage. Note depending on which side of the furnace or boiler you want to install the tray you will need 14 inches (35.5cm) of clearance from a wall. For standard boilers this tray will also capture water should a water leak occurs.

Application; Place around a standard oil fired boiler or furnace. The tray slides under the burner.

Installing a L-Shape tray is easy. Simply slide the tray under the burner area and along the side of the boiler or furnace. Locate the filter and fuel line fittings over the tray area.

Install a Rectangular Filter Tray under an oil filter or burner. Simply slide the tray under the filter or burner

Application:
This tray and alarm system is designed to protect the home from leakage from the oil filter or burner. When a L-Shape tray cannot be used because of space limitation or when the filter is located away from the burner, this tray is ideal. 

Installing this tray is simple, just place it under the filter, orient the tray so the alarm area is accessible and insure all piping connections are over the tray area.
